WHO ARE WE
We are a Black women owned and led philanthropic advisory firm with a deep-seeded passion to align Black philanthropy with Black causes.
WHAT WE DO
Black Philanthropic Advisory (“BPA”), founded by Tish Johnson-Jones, JD and Simone Hardeman-Jones, MA, is an advisory firm designed to provide expertise to Black philanthropists who are committed to eliminating social barriers that affect Black communities. With a keen eye for identifying impactful opportunities, Tish and Simone intently listen to the passions and convictions of their BPA clients and develop giving strategies that allow their resources to flow directly to Black-led organizations doing meaningful work in the areas that matter most to their clients.

BPA founders unequivocally believe fighting systemic inequity in underserved, under- resourced and underestimated communities requires a collective commitment of wealth, power and influence from Black changemakers.
